What's happened to RFC? It's been saying the server is down for a few days now  I've just noticed that Onelovefun is the DJ atm (even though it's saying the server is still down) and now I'm wondering if it's just my computer  I was also wondering what happened to the RFC site, it seems to have disappeared |

First: love the avatar...but, it's not a bug, it's a feature.
Then: the RFC feed died in a server crash, but as I've been away it didn't get restarted...I saw the post from work and restarted it, but that was about all the time I had to do anything more!
Last: The RFC site isn't "down" as much as it got goofed up. The URL/DOMAIN registration lapsed (I missed the renew notice) and the DNS servers that point to the proper place on the internet updated that the URL was no longer live/real. I've re-registered it, but it hasn't re-updated to point to the site anymore...I'm working on that too. Give me a few days to get things sorted with the network gods. |
