Ahoy Mates,
You can log on to Teamspeak Server using the Teamspeak block on the left. Just click on the "click to connect" link on the block and ye will be connected with yer piratename. (registered users)
For the link to work, yer browser should have javascript enabled and should support launching teamspeak. You should also have Teamspeak client installed. You can download Teamspeak 2 client here:
http://www.goteamspeak.com/index.php?page=downloads
After ye install TS2, you can test if yer browser can launch TS2 by typing teamspeak:// in yer address box. TS2 client should be automatically launched. (You will get a logon error)
Harr, yer all set! Just click on the "click to connect" link on the Teamspeak block to use audio chat with yer mates!
Enjoy! |

I get a "bad request" notice page when I click on the link Tom, I am not sure what I am doing wrong or what setting I have on my computer that won't allow me to connect...I don't know what server to use...that part I have on my computer. I also don't remember what settings to use to "knock out" my computer speakers and send the sound to the headphones. can you help me next time I see you online?

Hi Chunk,
Can you try using MS Internet Explorer, type in teamspeak:// and report if it launches TS2 client?
If it doesn't, I will send a PM about manual connection settings from the TS2 client.
Regards, |

I got the sound on my headphones after restarting YPP. Great. Then I opened the TS client and could connect with a generic list of ppl on TS. BUT since no one was on our TS channel for the time being, I had no one to talk to to test. However I could hear the User logged/disconnected from TS. I think I just need to know what "channel" we use. I still can't connect with using the link you posted here. It still says
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
So I don't know what that is about. I went on IE/Tools/IEoptions and added TS to trusted site (actually Uberteckgfx) with the https designation. NO connection. Still up above comment. BUT I think I can still connect with TS group when there is one..just have to wait till someone is on line to try. Thanks. Chunk |

Don't know if anyone has told you in game yet but you just need to be logged in here at the forum then use the Click To Connect button in the teamspeak box on the left of this page |

I noticed that Shoutcast Radio and TS servers are sometimes going down on their own. For now, I restart them manually and they work again, but I will look into the issue. |
