They will get here eventually, not that it is happening today. But, big money finds a way to keep its fingers in the piggy bank...so, one day, the fun will stop...until we find the next workaround...hehehe. There's just no stopin 'the kids' these days...

Greedy little scuppers....lol. I can remember it was only a few years ago tele companies and the us mail were talking about trying to force us to pay for emails... sheish. I don't normally listen to radio, and listing to internet radio has not changed that. I buy my music and put it on my computer, and play that. I have been listening to RADIO FREE COBALT! only because it is another way to coonect with my crewbies and flaggies and share an experience. Can't get that from the radio.
To Sheole with the greedy scuppers, quit punishing me when I'm not gonna give ya what ya want anyways... Sheish. |

Just yesteday I was talking with a friend...and we both realized what a HUGE pain it is to try to download a full album...you get all this crappy quality stuff and wrong titles and even a second in the playcount makes it not show up as the proper file on any of the databases...it is just not worth it if you have $10. But, if you are a kid who doesn't have $10, downloading is AWESOME..because you have time to hassle with that...it is EXACTLY the same deal as radio. I used to tape radio stuff...I'd never do that now. But, I had time...and no money. Once I got money..I bought "good copies" of the stuff I'd been taping for free..
Do they NOT see this model? You expose people to it for free..and those who can buy, will. Jeez. I hate "the man" more and more...

Bad timing on me side to move the server to Ohio... Anyway, next stop Trinidad & Tobago islands or something probably lol. As long as they dont come bugging the host company, US law doesn't apply for me btw  hehe
I doubt this will be an issue for a tiny non-profit broadcast like ours. And what's next? Will they come down to our houses and ask for royalty when there are like 5 people in the house listening to music? Silly

Well, apparently you don't have the sort of up-close-and-personal experience of life in the United Snakes right now...between the RIAA and Georgie W. we may as well expect that guy showing up to stop those five of us listening..oh, wait...someone's at my door...(uh oh)
But, forget Trinidad...I'm a citizen already of the island that Pirate Bay is buying...so, we have full pirate protection....
