Ok, what we really need are more voices for the radio spots, but in the absence of people sending in recordings of themselves speaking (*), I would LOVE some help customizing the "adverts" for each person's stall. I can read the copy if no one else does/will. Again, that is meant as a second option if we can't get people to submit sound files.
*If you DO submit an audio recording, make it about 40 seconds and let me know the "mood" if you want to be in charge of that as well. Otherwise, I can pick an appropriate sound and build a music or sound effects bed and compress/filter the clip you send to make it radio-y.
Any of these that I make or have a big hand in making I'm going to mostly make "piratey" or "traditional"...if you want a certain sound (modern, alternative, creepy, funny, etc) please just let me know. I have a gazillion loops and clips and effects that I can put on just about anything providing it isn't too far off key.
Anyway...charge #1 here...WRITE ME THE COPY FOR YER ADVERTS!!!
That is all...

I will happily read of or play recorded advertisements for people's stalls and events.
I'll also happily make recordings, if I can figure out how, for people's advertisements.

Oh hey... I just thought of a few question... yeah I know, I am full of em!
1) Would the people who want these advertisements played have to pay for such?
2) Would you mind it if as a favor to fellow flaggies or hearties, the DJ's did small adverts for stalls or pillys/events? or even spoted something of their own?
okay... I think thats about it

RFC is 100% free free free. That is, not commercial and not bound by the laws of man. Oh, wait, that may be too much.
We don't really accept donations of money or PoE and we'd ask that no DJ try to make any with the radio.
BUT...
Adverts are awesome! They are just free. The more "spots" you can do, and the more "official" you can make them the better. If ANYONE wants to send me a sound file to be played, I can make it available to all DJs, like the jingles. Please DO encourage this kind of selling out...the kind where we make nothing and our friends shoppes get promoted...or our own shoppes get promoted. That is all fun. Fun is why we did this...
